Firm Staff Plays Key Role in Establishing Local Chapter of the IAAP
Eduardo Morales has been employed with the Firm as an Administrative Assistant since 2003. Earlier this year Mr. Morales played a key role in the establishment of the Greater Volusia Chapter of the International Association for Administrative Professionals (IAAP). The IAAP is the world’s largest association for administrative professionals, with more than 600 chapters and 40,000 members and affiliates world wide. The association works in partnership with employers to promote professional excellence.
The Greater Volusia Chapter of the IAAP was installed on Friday, June 30, 2006, making it the 27 th local chapter of the IAAP in the Florida Division which includes the Bahamas . Officers of the new chapter include Mandie Powell, president; Eduardo Morales, vice-president; Kimberly Rand, treasurer; and Carolyn Thomas, secretary.
Meetings of the Greater Volusia Chapter will be held on the third Thursday of each month at the Holiday Inn Express located at 2620 W. International Speedway Blvd. in Daytona Beach .
