YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

At Smith, Hood, Loucks, Stout, Bigman & Brock, P.A., we believe that every member of our staff plays a vital role in the initiative, implementation and delivery of the very best service and value to our clients. We have implemented programs to celebrate the civic, community, and charitable works of our employees because of the value that we place on excellence in corporate citizenship. This year we decided to expand our awards programs to include good deeds performed in the workplace. Activities that are beyond the typical expectations of our employees and Make the Difference by creating and nourishing a happy, people friendly, and productive work environment.

Cathi Robinson received the You Make The Difference award for 2006. Cathi is a billing clerk in our insurance defense practice group. She has been with the firm for more than 6 years and has proven herself to be one of those people who is always willing to lend a helping hand. Some of the good work that lead to her being selected for the award included helping the paralegal staff with a large project, assisting the administrative staff with setup for an employee event; assisting secretarial staff with mail processing, and assisting staff in other practice areas will timekeeping and billing questions.
