Mr. Stout has been a member of Smith, Hood, Perkins, Loucks, Stout, Bigman, Lane & Brock, since 1990. He has more than thirty years of experience practicing law. He devotes his practice to complex real estate transactions and loan closings, corporate law, and business law. Mr. Stout serves as the Issuer Counsel for Revenue Bond Financing and he is a Circuit Court Mediator.
