Mr. Hood, a founding member of Smith, Hood, Perkins, Loucks, Stout, Bigman, Lane & Brock, P.A., has been practicing law for twenty-four years. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Hood is a very committed member of the Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach communities.
